Peak Executive Academy is a 501(c) 6 non-profit organization launched by Black Box Advisory for the advancement of CEO’s of the Community Association Management industry. We feel strongly that education should be affordable and actionable. Peak groups are lead by experienced management company owners who are actually doing the activities they teach on.

We also offer a comprehensive acquisition entrepreneurship program designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in business acquisitions. Acquisition Nest is a program to teach entrepreneur how to step-by-step make an acquisition of an existing business without bank loans and scary personal guarantees.

We also play a significant role in shaping industry standards through our public speaking engagements, presentations, and publishing efforts. By sharing our insights and expertise, we aim to influence thought leadership and drive innovation in the industry.
